Author, Director, Writer

My name is Kim D. Freeman. I am a wife, a mom of three adult children, a sister, an aunt, a friend, an usher, a songwriter, a Children’s Workshop Coordinator, and an author. I recently retired as a Registered Respiratory Therapist after working in the field for over 34 years. Still, occasionally, I fill in at a local healthcare system so that my fellow respiratory therapists receive a break from the pressure of working in a fast-paced environment. During my tenure, the Lord allowed me to assist in saving many people’s lives. The Lord is the head of my life, and I am not ashamed to share it.

My passion is working with children between the ages of three and twelve. I desire to introduce them to Jesus Christ as their personal Savior at young ages so that they know a life based on foundational Biblical principles. Each play comes with helpful tips for success. The visual look presents lessons for seeing, hearing, and doing God’s Word. Children need to know that God is real and loves us with everlasting love. “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved” (John 3:16, 17).

I write to visually show faith, healing, power, humility, and salvation. Some plays focus on David, Goliath, Joseph, humility, John the Baptist, miracles, and Jesus. I stepped away from ministry in 2016 to refresh. I was tired, frustrated, weak, and discouraged. The Lord renewed my strength through the Living Word. Now, I am thirsty again and ready to serve the Lord. I want to leave God’s people with the hope that we all have a purpose and that we enhance our goal when we align our spiritual gifts with those of our brothers and sisters “for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12).
